Vice-President, LEMU Board of Directors Ashton Langlinais Ashton Langlinais is the owner and President/CEO of WOW Technologies, Inc., located in the Cajundome Convention Center in Lafayette, Louisiana. During Hurricane's Katrina and Rita, he created an IT Infrastructure to support the efforts of Red Cross, FEMA and the Military assigned to aid the thousands of evacuees at the Cajundome "shelter" in Lafayette, LA. Mr. Langlinais was asked to contribute a chapter on "Technology", in the Red Cross "Disaster Preparedness Guide", after the closure of the shelter, to serve as a blueprint for future emergency shelter operations. Mr. Langlinais is also the Chief Engineer of LEMU. He spearheaded the design and communication system of the trailers. And, he is the inventor of several, state-of-the-art, patent pending products.
